Eight hours of sleep a night, that's all we need. It's important to get the right amount of sleep. Too much sleep can be just as bad as not enough. When most people under or oversleep they just feel tired when they get up. Not me. If I don't get exactly eight hours a night I wake up as an all knowing being that has transcended the physical plain of existence.
