He was of the belief that two hours was better spent watching forty trailers than one entire film.
"Trailers these days show all the best bits anyway" he'd say. "Why waste two hours?"
So he spent everything that his father had left him and started a cinema which only showed trailers. Between its opening in 1997 and its closing in 2001, not a single customer walked through its doors.
